Mike grew up in Bradenton and still considers this area paradise. He surrendered his life to Jesus while attending Youth for Christ as a highschool sophmore. It was at that time he felt God leading him into ministry and after college enjoyed a 46 year career with Youth for Christ. It was at Youth for Christ that Mike met the most beautiful girl named Beth. They were married in 1981 and have three children and five grandchildren. Mike enjoys fishing, kayaking, hiking, looking for shells and sharks teeth and visiting national parks. His passion for mentoring youth has led him to Avenue 941. He is honored to serve on this team in carrying out their mission.
