Loida Santiago has been serving youth in Manatee County since 2007. Loida brings over 14 years of service to our youth as former Youth Pastor, Volunteer Youth Leader and Educator. Her passion and call to serve the youth of this generation lead her to the classroom. She has served as a Manatee County High School Teacher for close to 8 years. Loida truly viewed her teaching profession as a ministry; loving, encouraging and teaching students that they are important, loved and their lives matter. “My daily prayer as a teacher was for my students to know and feel the love of God when they enter my classroom and be changed.” -Loida.
When connected with Avenue 941, She was moved by our mission and vision and knew in her heart was meant to be a part of this ministry. Her desire is to impact students eternally for the Kingdom of God through the avenue of academics.
