Hello, my name is Debra McNeal, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Director of Avenue 941. I first fell in love with this initiative the moment I heard about it, and it has been a joy to watch it grow and make a lasting impact on students and families across our community.

I am a Florida native, born and raised in Glades County. Over 20 years ago, I moved to Manatee County, where I met my husband, JD, a lifelong Manatee County resident. Together, we are raising two wonderful children — JacLynn and Elijah.

I have a passion for connecting with people and investing in their lives, especially the next generation. I believe that time spent pouring into others creates a greater impact than anything tangible we could give them. In this role, I am excited to continue building relationships, supporting our volunteers, and helping Avenue 941 expand its mission throughout Manatee County.
