The Christian Community Center was formerly Rendez-Vous Christ Church. Rendez-Vous Christ Church began with a small group of young adults meeting in a room at Haiti Teen Challenge in Delmas with a dream and a calling to plant a church to reach the unchurched. In February of 2023, they partnered with Avenue941 to open their doors two days a week for tutoring and discipleship for local students and in April 2024, they changed their name and began a new 501(c)3.
